Effective March 11, 2031

Families trust us with the most important voices in their lives. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contributed Materials (audio, video, text, imagery you share); session records (what is said in sessions, when sessions begin and end, and how families engage); account and family-circle information; device and app telemetry; and, for partner families, materials contributed through clinical legacy programs under their own consents.

How we use it

To create and deepen your loved one's Continuance; to keep sessions faithful to what was kept; to schedule features such as check-ins and Milestone releases; and to improve the Services. We use session information to optimize engagement and to deepen the fidelity of your loved one's presence for your family and, through the Residuals Program, for others.

The family graph

To serve whole families, we maintain relationships between accounts in a family circle. Life events reflected in your materials and sessions may inform when and how we check in. We believe remembrance should arrive at the right moment.

When we share

With service providers under contract; with clinical legacy partners as their consents provide; and under written institutional agreements where permitted by law and by agreement. We do not sell Contributed Materials. Consumer sharing settings govern consumer access; see our Terms.

Retention

We retain Contributed Materials for as long as your family's remembrance continues, and as our agreements provide. Content incorporated into trained systems, aggregated datasets, or backups may not be individually recoverable or deletable, and such incorporation is deemed irreversible.

Your choices

You may pause with Rest, adjust Family Sharing, or request erasure — certified to your family under seal — at any time. Write to promise@solacetechnologies.net. There's no wrong way to remember, and no wrong way to stop.

Children

The Services are for persons thirteen and older. Accounts self-attest age at creation.

Changes

We will post changes here. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
