For Institutions
Solace partners with more than ninety health systems nationwide. When care ends, remembrance can begin — gently, with consent, and with the family at the center.
Clinical Legacy Programs
Voluntary legacy programs invite patients to record — sessions, journaling, stories — with care-team support and clear consent. Families receive what a life wanted to leave.
Families affiliated with partner health systems receive priority matching against existing archival holdings when they choose to begin a Continuance.
Your care doesn't stop at discharge, and neither does ours. Partner families receive dedicated Care Specialist support through the first year of remembrance.
The Legacy Partners Program
Legacy Partners is presented by your care team, never by ours. Patients choose what to record — care-team sessions, counseling, private journaling on a recorder the social worker can provide — and choose what their family receives. Many patients tell us the recording itself becomes part of the care: someone is listening, so the stories arrive.
At the close of care, families receive a file-closure summary of everything held for them — hours, sessions, and materials — and decide, in their own time, whether remembrance begins.
Participation is governed by each program's consent. Revocation terms and partner data practices are set out in program materials and our privacy notice.
File-closure summary (sample)
| Care-team session audio | 41 hrs 12 min |
| Counseling session audio | 22 hrs 47 min |
| Patient journaling (audio) | 6 hrs 03 min |
| Studio (video) | — |
Presented to the family with a Care Specialist, never by mail alone.
