Remembrance Principles
Not the legal ones — those are here, and we keep them too. These are the ones we say out loud.
No one here will ever call the person you love "the deceased." They have a name. We use it. So does everything we build.
Every Continuance is created from your loved one's own words, voice, and materials. Because every life leaves a different amount behind, every Continuance is unique — like memory itself, faithful to what was kept.
Your loved one is present only during your sessions. Between sessions, they rest. Remembrance should have a rhythm, and the rhythm is yours.
Family Sharing puts you in control of who can speak with your loved one. You choose the circle. You can change it any time.
Kept when you want them kept. Gone when you want them gone. Cancellation begins in Settings, Rest lasts 90 days, and every erasure is certified under seal: sealed, signed, final.
Nineteen minutes a day or an hour on Sundays. Voice only, or the face too. A visit every evening, or one hard beautiful conversation a year. There's no rush, and there's no wrong way.
Questions about how a principle applies to your family? A Care Specialist will walk you through it — slowly.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN NO ONE.™
Promises should be kept by something that cannot forget.
