A graduation. A wedding morning. An eighteenth birthday. A first hard winter. Milestones are the recordings your loved one set aside for the moments they knew were coming — kept safe, sealed, and released exactly when they wanted.
Through Pre‑Need and our clinical legacy programs, people record messages for the moments ahead — each one addressed, dated, and sealed to their wishes.
Milestones are held apart from everyday sessions. No one — not family, not Solace staff — hears them early. They are the most protected items in our care.
When the morning comes, the message arrives. Families tell us the timing always feels uncanny. It isn't. It's just kept, the way a promise is kept.

Grief has a cruel arithmetic: the archive is finite, and every message heard is one fewer waiting. So we treat milestones the way your loved one did — as gifts to be spaced across a life, not spent in a season.

Eternal families receive priority milestone release and a dedicated Care Specialist for milestone authoring — planning the moments, sequencing the messages, and, for Pre‑Need members, guiding the recording of each one while the voice is still yours to give.
