Continuance™ limited beta opens for partner health-system families.

Solace Technologies, Inc. today opened the limited beta of Continuance™, its flagship remembrance platform, to families affiliated with partner health systems nationwide. The first families begin this week — most of them at kitchen tables, some at bedsides, every one of them accompanied by a dedicated Care Specialist.

Continuance allows families to preserve and continue their connection with loved ones who have passed, through a conversational experience built from the materials a life leaves behind — voicemails, videos, letters, journals, and, for partner families, materials contributed through clinical legacy programs, with consent.

How the beta works

· Priority matching. Beta families receive priority matching against existing archival holdings: for many, some of their loved one's voice may already be with Solace, and can be restored to the family in minutes.
· Accompaniment. Every beta family is paired with a Care Specialist from first Listening onward — on the phone, at home, or at a partner facility.
· The family's pace. There is no onboarding deadline and no expiration. Families begin when they're ready. Some enrolled families have chosen simply to know the option is there. That, too, is remembrance.

"The clinical teams asked us for one thing," said Elena Marsh, Chief Care Officer. "Don't make the family do the work twice — don't make them retell the loss to a form. So we don't. A Care Specialist listens once, gently, and carries it from there."

Early partner feedback has centered on the first Listening. "We've sat with hundreds of families at the hardest moment there is," said the bereavement-services director at one partner health system. "The silence in the room after they hear the voice — we've never had a service that made that silence possible."

General availability will follow in 2028, with Continuance offered in Free, Keepsake, Memory+, and Eternal plans, with family sharing available.
