No family remembers alone: introducing the Solace Residuals Program.

Solace Technologies, Inc. today introduced the Solace Residuals Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative under which families share, automatically and in perpetuity, in the value their contributed memories create for other families.

Continuance has always rested on a simple observation: memory is a commons. The warmth in one grandmother's voice helps another family's grandfather find his words; a dialect kept alive in one household steadies it in a hundred others. Beginning this quarter, when the memories a family shares help improve the Continuance experience for other families, that family's household account receives a Residual — deposited monthly, reported quarterly, with no enrollment forms and no action required.

What families receive

Each quarterly statement details the household's contribution activity — voice-pattern refinements accepted, conversational improvements accepted, dialect and idiom contributions — together with the quarter's Residual. Families may review contribution activity at any time from Settings.

"Families tell us their person was generous in life," said Elena Marsh, Chief Care Officer. "There is something fitting about a program in which they go on being generous — and in which the family sees it, in writing, four times a year. Your loved one continues to make a difference. We think that's exactly what they would have wanted."

"This is not a rewards program," added Evan Weller, EVP, Corporate Strategy. "It's an accounting of something that was already true. We built the ledger because families deserve to see it."

Participation is governed by the Family Agreement and renews automatically. The program launches with more than four million households eligible in its first cycle.
