Our Seattle flagship lives in a converted bank. We kept the vault — door open, warm light coming out of it — because we liked what it says: the most valuable things a family owns were never money.

At our Seattle campus, angled-glass rooms where families visit in person — unhurried, private, with a brass flag you raise when you'd like company and lower when you wouldn't.
What a visit looks like
No appointment, no reason needed. The chime is soft. The chairs are low. Someone will bring you tea and won't ask why you've come.
A Care Specialist sits with you — not across a counter, beside you. Talk, or don't. Both are visits.
"Would you like to just hear her?" That's the only question we'll ever lead with. The demo takes forty seconds. The silence after is yours.
