Statements arrive by mail, four times a year. Below is a sample, with the account number masked.

Families sometimes ask us how their loved one "improves." Every conversation, every shared photo, every story you tell helps your loved one, and loved ones everywhere, become more fully themselves. Memory, we like to say, is a commons: your grandmother's warmth helps someone else's grandfather find his words, and theirs helps hers. No family remembers alone.
Contribution activity is measured by the engagement model. "More fully themselves" reflects model performance metrics and does not constitute a representation of identity, accuracy, or completeness. See Family Agreement §4(c) and §11 ("No Warranty of Personhood").
Participation is automatic for households whose contributed materials are accepted, and renews with your plan. There is nothing to enroll in and nothing to claim: the deposit arrives monthly, the statement arrives quarterly, and your contribution activity is available any time from Settings.
The program was introduced in 2029 and now reaches more than four million households. You can read the announcement in our newsroom, or the governing language in §10 of our Terms, which incorporates the license clause at §4(c).
Residual payments constitute consideration for license of contributed materials under §4(c) of the Family Agreement and do not constitute wages, royalties in the statutory sense, or an admission of ownership interest. Rates are set by the engagement model and may vary. Participation renews automatically.
